Weekend Recap – May 2021

ICWMI (in case we missed it)…. catching up on this beautiful Memorial Day weekend and wanted to share some recent happenings from the 4D squad:

? Cheryl checked off a new Oly PR at the Sylvan Beach Tri

? Bryan completed his first 70.3 at IM 70.3 GulfCoast and Ashley had a great race there as well.

? Mark headed up to Chattanooga for the 70.3 and came very close to his PR goal.

? Ross led the team to victory at the Wheels to Succeed Charity race. The group averaged just shy of25 mph for 75 miles?

?Crawfishman returned to the local scene and hosted some near-perfect weather and racing conditions.

? We had a mighty crew at the inaugural St. Francisville Gran Fondo where Dustin and Bryan shared the finish line celebration in true Fred’s style.

Up next is Tour de Louisiane stage race and we are starting to see the light at the end of the training tunnel for USAC Nats and IMCDA. Can’t wait to see some continued crushing ??
